This week's episode isn't about news or analysis, but rather it's a recap of my recent trip to the country of Burma, known today as Myanmar. I recount my own experiences with the government, the people, and the sprawling religion and culture which help give comfort to the citizens living in a military dictatorship. It is my goal to have a video documentary on Burma out within a few weeks, compiling all the video and audio I was able to capture during my 8-day stay. Next week will feature an episode on Bali, Indonesia, where I learned a bit of the local language, some of the customs, and how to try to catch a wave on a surfboard.

Just one last week in Bali, Indonesia and I'll be back in Vienna to broadcast Liberty In Exile! In the meantime, enjoy this interview I conducted with my friend Vinay Multini about his visit to India after more than 10 years in the United States. ------------------ This 06. February 2013 show was broadcast from the Sunshine State Studio on the No Agenda Stream with special guest Vinay Multini, calling in over 9,000 miles away from Hyderabad, India. I first met Vinay a few months ago in Tampa, Florida, where we connected over our mutual love for cultural analysis and media assassination. Vinay left India back in 2002 to study and work in the United States and he hasn't been back to his home country until now. That being so, he shared his experiences and insights and reflected on how far the most populous nation in the world has come since. Keeping to the "Indian Son" theme, Vinay explained the main cultural differences between the West and India, we touched on the caste system, cultural taboos, how economic growth is affecting the cities, and some of the recent clashes between one filmaker and local film censor boards.
